What I’m looking for
Contract engagements
Full-time hours, but not a full-time role. Project-based or a longer retainer, both work.
Fully remote, any timezone
I’m comfortable working hours that overlap whichever team I’m joining, wherever it is.
Senior IC or Staff / Tech Lead
Open to leadership scope that still expects to ship code. Greenfield product work is where I do my best thinking.
Architecture from day one
Making the early calls, deciding what to build, and orchestrating the cross-team work it depends on.
Stack
Strongest on TypeScript and React. Comfortable across the stack with Node, Postgres, AWS, and event-driven systems (Kafka, event sourcing) from my time at MATTR. Recent work has leaned heavily into AI-assisted development with Claude: faster shipping after exhaustive planning.
